In February we brought you the Wonder Designer Coordinates by Lauren Hinds collection that included beautiful cardstock, pocket border strips, pocket journal cards, and Everyday Birthday 2″ border strips. Well this month we’re adding to this amazing collection with The Great Outdoors 2″ Border Strips AND stackable stickers. Do you change what is displayed on your walls throughout the year or did you set it up when you moved in and haven’t thought about it since then? I’m one that hasn’t changed out my wall decor since they day I hung the item but I’m always impressed (and admiring) those that swap things out for the seasons or even a couple times a year. Anthology DIY has released products that make adjusting your home’s decor easy.

We all have those items on our check lists that we often push off until a later day. For some, it’s getting started with Heritage Makers. This month’s Studio U class specifically focused on the how-to’s of Heritage Makers. From how to create an account, navigating the site, discovering the art collections, to customizing a template; this class can help one to find confidence in creating and ease the unknowns for any new user.
So, have you bought the new Wonder Designer Coordinates by Lauren Hinds and Everyday Birthday by Lauren Hinds collections? These collections are so versatile and easy to use. Plus, we’ve updated the Our Memories for Life Flipbook to include these collections and beautiful layouts and inspiration.
Last February I had a terrible case of the flu for three weeks solid. During that time I watched way too much HGTV and soon took a sledge hammer to my dark kitchen (kidding) and completely remodeled. I went light, bright, and neutral. However, I am a LOVER of color and changing up decor for the changing seasons so I made sure the focal point of my kitchen had plenty of spaces to decorate.
Here is my “love” kitchen–yep, Valentine’s Day on steroids! And, I’m so excited to share with you all the Youngevity Memory Keeping brands that were used in most of the projects!
Storybooks are a way to display, remember, and archive beautiful life moments. This month, all Storybooks are on sale for 10%! To commemorate this month’s awesome savings, I wanted to highlight a feature and ability that I love about creating Storybooks in Heritage Makers. Heritage Makers gives us the versatility to import previously designed projects into other product types using the fabulous Import Page feature.
By now, I’m hoping you’ve seen the Wonder Designer Coordinates by Lauren Hinds collection and the Everyday Birthday 2″ Border Strips by Lauren Hinds. If not, you can see close ups in last week’s blog post. Today, I have a special treat for you. Mindy Catlett created a variety of pages with the same photos to show how swapping out border strips and journal cards can quickly change the look of your page.
What do the walls in your home look like? Are they adorned with family photos? Or maybe you have pictures from vacations? Or maybe you’ve been planning to do something but haven’t quite gotten to it? No matter what you currently have on your walls, the Gallery Wall Kit from Anthology DIY is a great way to change things up and this kit has several options that you can display together or separately.
Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays that is really subjective. There are some years when our Valentine’s day is full of happy festivities, parties, good food, good company, and lots of love! Then, there are some years when Valentine’s Day doesn’t quite happen exactly as planned or desired. As each Valentine’s Day comes and goes, I have tried to make the day more of a meaningful and enjoyable one, regardless of my life’s circumstances or chaotic schedule. Why don’t we take it into our own hands, and make the holiday a happy one…a better one..by being the one to SHARE the LOVE! Last week’s Studio U class was specifically geared towards that very purpose, focusing on a variety of ways to share love with those around you and for the Valentine’s Day festivities in your life! Feel free to watch the archived class for the full video of tips and products!
During the class, Brooke walked us through how to create and convert this adorable 11 x 14 Print, Love You (143525) into a Greeting Card. Watching someone create in Studio is always a great way to learn new ways to design on your own. The Love You template is also now available in the template gallery as a 5 x 7 Greeting card as well for your use and ease! (143530)
