1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna fish
¼ cup water
1 cup celery
¼ cup onion
1 cup chopstick (chow mien noodles)
½ cup of cashews (or as desired)
Mix together tuna fish, soup, and water, add remaining ingredients and mix together lightly. Place in 8×8 baking dish or small casserole pan. Cover top with layer of chopsticks. Heat oven to 375ºF and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 4 – 5

After John Travolta’s son died in 2009, Heritage Makers consultant Maria Fontaine made a book about Travolta, his family, and the loss of their son. What Maria didn’t expect was a thank you from the Travolta family.
