Customizing products to include your favorite photos is so much fun and now you have more options! First up, wood prints.
Have you heard about the new Pocket Punches from Our Memories for Life? They fold and lock for easy storage and come in five designs. And the punched piece is about 1 1/2″ to 2″ wide. Pretty sure you’re going to need these! You can buy them today in the Youngevity online shop and next week from the Heritage Makers online shop.
Let’s take a look at the punches and then show you how easy it is to create with them.
Do you find that there are certain places in your home where you always display your seasonal and holiday decorations? Maybe it’s your mantelpiece, where, depending on the time of year, you will see it covered with hearts, Easter eggs, or pumpkins. Maybe you have a certain shelf that always holds a festive display of patriotic art or nativity sets.
Here at Heritage Makers, we love planning and creating for upcoming seasons and holidays, and today we’re featuring a fun decorative idea that is sure to spruce up any room!
The first signs of autumn bring us football, bonfires, crisp air, falling leaves, pumpkins, and many cherished family gatherings. It also means refreshing the décor in our homes to reflect the changing seasons and to remind us of our many blessings. With our September 11 x 14 Print sale going on until the end of the month, now is the time to publish and save an extra 10%.
Great photos help tell the story you are capturing on your scrapbook pages. So how do you take great photos? Let me share a few ideas I’ve used over the years.
One of my very favorite photo tips is called “The Rule of Thirds” or the off-center shot. By positioning your subject off center, you introduce an energy that centered images don’t have. Imagine your frame as a grid divided into thirds—three equal horizontal segments and three equal vertical segments resulting in nine squares, just like a tic-tac-toe board. You get four off-center points, the four corners of the center square.
Now that September is officially here, fall is just around the corner and we are so excited about the new seasonal artwork that is available today! The first thing I want to highlight is this month’s new collection from Our Memories for Life: Fall Flourish by Katie Pertiet. This collection is made up of designer cardstock, border strips, and journal mounting cards. The paper is double-sided, with one side featuring Halloween art and the other featuring crisp fall designs. The image below shows several projects that were put together using the Halloween side of the collection.
Welcome to the first day of September!! Today marks the first time an autoship is available for the Anthology by Lisa Bearnson products and we want you to see what you’ll get when you purchase this wonderful kit. Keep in mind, if you purchased the Anthology CEO Mega Pak you are automatically signed up for the Anthology Autoship. Also, these products cannot be purchased separately at this time, but will be available in the next week or two. So, without further ado, here are the kits for the September Autoship and a few projects to give you an idea of what you can create.
