Does Studio U inspire you, give you new ideas, get your brain thinking of things to try? We hope so! This month we looked at templates and ideas for using your vacation and sport photos. If you missed class, you can watch the recording or keep reading for a brief recap.
Ahhh, vacations! Whether you go to the beach, amusement park, camping, or do the stay-cation, there are memories that must be captured and storybooks give you plenty of space for photos and stories. Brooke Mehr created the Tropical Adventure Square Flip Book (141336) for all your beach and pool photos. And don’t forget, any template can be easily adapted to a different occasion by swapping out the papers or accents. So don’t think this template doesn’t apply to you if you don’t have fun beach photos!
Cute pages, huh? Plus, Brooke created a set of coasters, a 12×12 Metal Print, and a Hipster bag that use the same designs and colors.
Moving on to sports, Cassie Balser tackled Baseball and Basketball, but watch the class recording and Brooke shows how easy it is to change these to different sports. I love how this book has a simple design so the photos become the focus of the book. This one is the #Baseball 8×8 Storybook (141342).
You’ll notice that on the second page of the book she used place holders for photos. You could also drop an accent or paper square in there as well. And I love the large photo on the third page!
Cassie also created additional templates to coordinate with the storybook. One is the #Baseball Address Labels (141344) to wrap around Hershey Nuggets candy. These make fun gifts for the coach, team members, or team mom. She also created an 11×14 Print based on the first page of the 8×8 Storybook.
